“I want to compliment your staff on making my wife and I comfortable in your office. On Tuesday, I met Liz at the front desk. My request was for a closing on a home inTexas. You know your business, but I don’t, so my questions were not precise and to the point, but mostly wandered as I often do. Liz was very thorough and let me know that we could close at your location there inOlathe. We set a schedule, and frankly that would have been all that was required. However, on Wed when we were to close at 3pm, no paperwork showed up by 10:30 as would make sense. Liz made a call to the title company, or whomever, and found out that the paperwork was actually on the way and we would be closing.
This probably seems normal to you and what you do, but with us simply needing a notary and a place to close, no one would have expected that the call would be made. Typically, one would hear…. We didn’t get the paperwork, so call and find out where it is… At least that would have been my expectation. That’s a long way around to say how much I appreciate someone who goes beyond the necessities of a “job”, and actually considers the needs of a customer. Kudo’s to Liz.
