Organizational Growth at CTC

In the years that have passed since Continental Title was founded in 2001, we have grown in more ways than one. We’ve opened offices throughout Kansas and Missouri, given back to our community with our annual golf tournament and Jeans Fridays, and even launched our own app to make it easier for you to work with us while you’re on the go. As our growth continues, we’ve adjusted internally in order to properly support our staff, maximize our efficiencies, and keep providing the best customer experience possible. We’d like to share some of these recent changes with you!

Chris Gray has accepted the position of Corporate Training Facilitator. “The main objective of the Corporate Training Facilitator is to have structured training throughout the company and to maintain and improve the software system to maximize the potential of the workflow in the company,” Chris says. “I am excited about the opportunity to develop, implement, and train new practices in our program that will improve productivity and assist our staff with their responsibilities of their workflow. I feel this will allow our staff more time to provide even better service to our clients.”

Dana Brown will now work as Production Manager for the St. Louis Region. “My goal is to make sure every employee in the department has the training and tools necessary to complete their job,” Dana explains. “I’m looking forward to my personal development as a manager and increasing my knowledge about every aspect of the department so that I can help the team work together as efficiently as possible.”

Also in the St. Louis region, Donna Luster has accepted the position of Operations Manager.  Donna has proven in her many years at CTC that she instills trust in both her teammates and our clients. In her new role, Donna will work with Escrow Managers and the Production Manager to make sure they operate as efficiently as possible.

We also want to welcome a new addition to our St. Louis marketing team, Michele Lain! Michele brings with her seventeen years of experience in the title industry, and most recently worked at US Bank where she refinanced commercial buildings and multi family homes. “My primary focus will be to maintain and acquire new relationships to keep our business growing,” Michelle says. “I am very excited to be a part of this amazing team and to help grow the business!”
