No more scrambling to find a fax machine or worrying about overnight deliveries! Our Earnest Money Deposit Tool allows buyers or you, as their awesome REALTOR®, to securely submit earnest money deposits directly to our escrow account. All you need is a front and back picture of the check (personal, money order, over-the-counter or cashier’s check.) Then, we’ll handle the rest! Plus, we’ll send copies to everyone involved for a smooth and paperless transaction.
3. CertifID: Secure Wiring for Peace of Mind

That’s why we use CertifID, a secure platform that allows buyers to receive clear wiring instructions just before closing.
