One of our favorite tools, though? Podcasts!  These are an easy and convenient way to fit bursts of learning and insight into an already packed schedule.

Real Estate Today

Making the top of the list is Real Estate Today, hosted by Stephen Gasque, Melissa Dittman Tracey and Bill Thompson. This fast-paced show from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) covers trending topics in short, fact-filled segments suitable for interested individuals to learn more about the market.

The Money Pit

Led by experts Tom Kraeutler and Leslie Segrete, The Money Pit Podcast offers homeowners tips for DIY projects, from decorating on a budget to growing a winter garden in containers. This is a great resource to share with first-time homeowners or anyone creating their dream home from scratch.

BiggerPockets

This is a listen for our real estate investor friends of all kinds. Hosted by Rob Abasolo and David Greene, BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investment Podcast offers new episodes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The hosts speak with guests who share their experience and knowledge regarding making the next investment the best one yet.

America’s Commercial Real Estate Show

For those on the commercial side of real estate, this one is for you. America’s Commercial Real Estate Show, airing since 2010, shares CRE insight through leaders from real estate data and research firms, accounting and consulting firms and national commercial associations. The pros here show what they know whether office, industrial, multi-family or retail.
