CTC Cares Program

If you’ve closed with any of our locations throughout 2020, you’ve experienced first-hand our CTC Cares Program. All of our team members at Continental Title Company know the importance of giving back to our communities and want to help our local nonprofits in any way we can. We began this program in January of 2020 by donating $5 with every closing completed at any of our offices.

Each Continental Title Company office hand-selected four local organizations. Buyers then can choose which of these organizations in their community receives the donation on behalf of them and Continental Title Company. With the help of our clients, we have donated $36,620 to a variety of worthy organizations from just the first three-quarters of 2020 through buyer side closing donations. The CTC Cares Program was honored to receive the 2020 American Land Title Association’s #GoodDeeds Webbie Award for this partnership with our community.

Matt McBride, president of Continental Title, is proud of the success of this program so far. “One of our core company values is to support charitable organizations in the communities we serve,” McBride says. When closing on a house at any of our locations throughout the state, they aren’t just buying a home — they’re also becoming an active part of the community. We are overjoyed to continue this program for its second year in 2021.
